DELIVERY:

Delivery Costs are 4,90e/order to Finland. We ship also to Sweden, Estonia, Denmark and Germany and the shipping costs are 9,90e/order. If you'd like to order to any other country, please send us an e-mail to hello@cameleonpaint.fi!

We ship the orders within 1-4 working days and International Deliveries cannot provide exact time of arrival but normally it takes 2-7working days to be delivered. We will notify as soon as possible using the contact information that you provided on your order if there are any items that are out of stock or insufficient quantities. You will be offered an alternative product or size, but you will also be given the option of cancelling either the item or the entire order and in these cases a part or full refund will be issued.

Packages may be stopped and opened by customs on entry to the receiving country, please allow extra time if this happens as it can hold up the delivery times.

RETURNS:

We are unable to accept any returns on any items that have been opened, used, tried or tested in any way. We can only accept returns on items that are unopened, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-sellable and hygienic condition.

FAULTY/DAMAGED/INCORRECT/MISSING ITEM(S):

All damages, faults, incorrect or missing items must be reported as soon as possible and within 7 working days from when you received the order. Please e-mail hello@cameleonpaint.fi to notify us!
